What Personal data do we collect?

Personal data  is any information related to You which can directly or indirectly identify you. Having this in mind please what kind of personal data we process:

  • Blockchain-based information such as Wallet address, transaction ID

Why do we collect personal data and what’s the legal ground

Our website informs you about our projects and initiatives, we collect in this reference only technical data which is necessary for us to make it function. In case you contact us by email we will process your email address (art. 6.1.f) GDPR) so we can answer you back. If you choose to contribute (Thank you!) we process relevant blockchain information (art. 6.1.f) GDPR).

We don’t sell your data nor disclose it without your consent.

Storing your personal information and cross border transfer

We will store your personal information for the time when you gave us your consent, as long as it is reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. 

We use US data centres, thus for those of you who are located in the EU this means a cross border transfer. As we are in the process of registration in the Data Privacy Framework we use at the moment Standard Contractual clauses as a safeguard for adequate data protection measures.
